Dear Customer
The DPE&M forms submission portal can be accessed from:https://eservices.durban.gov.za/v2/

One on the page, click on "Dev Plan, Management & Env ON-LINE, then select a Department from the list, and then select the desired form by clicking on the form name.

The form will then be displayed for you to capture in your details.

You can also upload supporting documents for your application / enquiry.

When you're complete, click on the "Create" button.

Please note, customers are NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER & LOG IN TO THE ESERVICES APPLICATION in order to use any of these forms. Forms are available for all to use.

Prior to uploading your various documents and plans please take note of the following:
  1. All document/plans being uploaded MUST be in a pdf format
  2. Only upload ONE document at a time
  3. There must NOT be any space NOR special characters in the name of your pdf.  eg. 245weststreet.pdf
  4. The maximum allowable upload size is 200Mb per upload

eServices is a self service facility that eThekwini Municipality offers to individuals, managing agents, companies and organisations.

eServices offers:

  • Update account information
  • Delivery of accounts by email
  • Copy of previous accounts
  • Submit Applications on-line to Development Planning, Environment & Management

How to use eServices

  1. Register
  2. Respond to activation email
  3. Login
  4. Update your profile
  5. Link accounts to emails

Each page in eServices has an expandable Instruction panel to help you.

NB. It is important to respond to any activation email sent by eServices.
