eServices is the City of eThekwini’s interactive online system, designed to make it faster and easier to have a one on one with your favourite City. We pride ourselves with delivering an efficient and effective online service for the convenience of our customers.

How To Register On eServices

1. Click Register on the eServices Portal
2. Complete the Registration Form
3. Activate your profile via Email link or SMS Activation Code
